LHC problems in IIS

Hi good day . i install LHC in iis with php support, but i have some problems!
1. In the chat , user files uploaded and transfered but when download it could'nt open files because that files are damaged!
2. number CGI/ Fast process in CPU very high! and sometimes 100% use cpu , i limited application pools to 50% CPU limit and set it to Throttle action but after that LHC not working and unavaible and very slow loaded.
whats the problems and what is the optimize config for iis ?
3.i cant create new autoresponder and see white page!!
4.I have many operators and i want to see one chat for one operator and another operator dont chat with it . (confilict chat problem in a department with some operators).
5.i have a dedicated server with best configuration 70Gig RAM Intel Xeon CPU 2.5 GHz and 100Gig SSD HD , whats the limited requiremnts sever for live helper chat whit 2000 online user/per day and 500000 visitor ?
what should i do ? neutral

thanks for posting a question/issue on the forum.

Are you on dedicated server or VPS or shared hosting?
File uploaded from widget visitor side or operator side? Have you tested visitor side and also operator side for see if the issue is the same?

Have you looked at the documentation?

In the documentation if you look well you can find also how to reduce resource but maybe the pro active invite and chat status widget update will not work.

Live chat should have a dedicated resource for work well.

For your issue on create autoresponder that seems to be a issue with your server as in the demo and also in my server I can't see any issues.
Check your error log file.

i have dedicated server , i check it all side, and it was the same problem !
when i want i save new autoresponder i see white page!

Please check your server error file relative to this and let me know.
You should find some errors.

This can be an issue in your server configuration or maybe LHC is not installed well.
Is maybe more easy is something in your server configuration.
