Hello good day, I need download the statistic of chat, I see but not download, any suggestion?

I think is not possible :-) at the moment. You can print on paper or have a PDF printer than you go on Survey and press the print button

That permission would have to assign a user so you can see the statistics?

You mean to operator?
That question maybe have to be replied from remdex, in the documentation I can't find this.

You have to try by yourself or wait for remdex reply,
