Hi,
thank you for posting your issue/question in the forum.

Seems only widget have issue to load in your case,
if I press the pop up button on the widget the chat loads well.
I see there are errors in the browser console.

Load denied by X-Frame-Options: http://www.gstarcad-hrvatska.com/pomoc/ … 0Hrvatskoj does not permit cross-origin framing.

You can try to find me in live chat at the signature of the forum for a free limited support.
Have you edited or customized some code on the chat?

Have you checked your server error log?

Seems you have a server configuration Issue:

Seems you need to edit your server configuration for solve this.

Solved, problem was with Joomla security Comodo (antivirus)
Is there any Joomla plugin on the road?

Sorry but I can't help you with a suggestion of alternative plug in for your Joomla AdminTools plug in.
Let me check is a Firewall plug in.
You can do a search into plug in joomla with keyword Firewall.
I am not using Joomla right now smile

maybe you don't need a plug in just insert the Embed code in the right place.

Why you need a plug in?

Seems I am able to see the chat correctly in your website right now.

Yes, I enter code direct in template, so, now it is working and Joomla plugin is no needed.
