"x" to close chat window ??

Hello, we wanted to put an X to close the chat.

Hi,
thank you for posting your question to the forum!

If you close that you can't start anymore a chat until the page are not reloaded.
Sorry but I think this should not implemented.

If you are expert you can edit the code by yourself at your risk.

Why David you want a button for close also this small widget?
Sorry but if you want this I think you have to do by yourself, no help can be provide for that here.

I can also told if you don't like the chat widget at the bottom of the page you can think to use the Page Embed code and put this in a static part of the page as a button so user if want start a chat has to press a button in the page.
