Guys, what url should i write at server path? i am putting my domain https://domain.com/livechat/index.php/site_admin/ but its saying can not connect to the server...
it doesn't connect to https://domain.com/livechat either..

sorry unable to help you without link where your LHC is installed.

Your URL seems to be correct. Have you SSL?

Maybe you have to ask to the right topic:

Also I AM unable to help you to change the LINK of the widget icon. Maybe for this we need ask to remdex;
i don't know if here we have new issues as I expect to change in copyright settings.

*** do you have any idea why the link doesn't change? I changed it in the settings. Link is pop up chat changes but not in widget.

Opened an issue on github.

I don't know if is new bug or just is very difficolut or out of my logic to find the right place where change that link of widget icon.

Solved. Sorry for the delay.

I was not able to find anymore that option but it's easy.

Create or edit a widget:

Settings > Live Helper Configuration > Widget Theme

Once you create one or edit one you will find the Tab "Status Widget style" if you look under you will find site URL.
Remember to put before http:// or https://
