admin chat is not working

When i chat with my customer the chat is not viewed in chat box and no message is sent to user. Its working fine on my local sever but not live server. And some configration does not save as well for example when a user want to update his profile it does not updated.
When an operator wants to login it must have to check the checkbox remember me so that he can login.
these are the problem i am facing kindly give me solution as soon as possible
