How to allow all files type for operator ?

Hi Jimmy,
thank you for posting a question on the forum.

Allow all files type can be a security risk.
Maybe you can configure the most used extension.
You can add or remove in the

settings > live help configuration > files upload configuration.

Remember, if a customer have to send to you a particular file extension who is not supported/added in your system you can ask to him to zip that file so if you allow zip you will able to receive every type of file in safety way.

In fact zip is more safe than allow all files to be uploaded in the server as zip file can't be run directly
