UI issue with RTL languages

As you can see in the image, in RTL languages such as Persian the beginning of the top text (top-right) is being covered by an overlay image of some sort that seems to be a blank drop down menu. Just wondering if this is a UI issue or perhaps there is a way I can get rid of it from the control panel?

Once user enters his/her name to login to the chat module you can see more blank boxes overlaying text and appearing on the chat interface. The Livehelperchat logo also seems to be misplaced. (see red pointers)

thank you for using the forum for post your question/issues of your case.

Seems there are issue on your LHC install.
Maybe you have issue or incompatibility or LHC is not well install or you have edited some code.
Can you provide a link where LHC is installed?
