Hello,
Can anyone please help me in following issue.
Is there anyway to get a 30 second prompt of a different sound when a chat is not clicked on the make active.
This would give our back-up operators an indication that the lead operator cannot take that chat and for the back-up to pick it up.

thank you for posting a question on the support forum.
This feature are not yet present at the moment.
You can request it for the future here:

if you want to see implemented but maybe you can solve by using more operator and configure LHC to use round robin/automatic chats assignment workflow
so if a chat is not accepted by an operator go to other operator.
Also maybe without configure this if there are a pending chat all operator of the same department can reply as soon as possible.
For now a different sound after a while is not supported, sorry.
I never see this for now in a live chat system also if maybe have sense.

Also you can read How to redirect user to contact form if chat is not accepted for some time? this maybe will also help you to serve better chats.
