Operator sign in and signout log

Hello,

Is there a way to log exactly when an operator logs in and out?
We have been having some issues of programmers logging out before their scheduled times.

What you are asking is asked since 2014 as you can see here:

Is not yet implemented at the moment.

Maybe you can set the online time after that the live chat will be offline.
Maybe this can help you:

However what you are asking is not yet implemented and is already in to do list.
