installation problem

Hello
trying to link to my domain.com/livehelper/index.php/site_admin/install/install, is it the url for installation? i set the inc_web folder as my main livehelper installation folder?
geting -
Make sure that "cache/*" is writable and then try again
i set the premision to 777 but the same

If you are not able to install and read about cache permission is an issue with your server.
Very difficult to help you from here.
