Livehelper is not working

live helper is not working i am getting this error but no any issue in database

Cannot connect to database. If you are installing application please use /index.php/install/install url. If you keep getting this error please check that application can write to cache folder and cgi.fix_pathinfo = 1

Thank you for posting an issue question on the forum.

Seems Live Helper Chat can't work in your actual webserver due to an incompatible settings.
Sorry but this seems to be not an issue with LHC who works fine.

I really don't know your server... shared, VPS, dedicated... etc.
If you are in a shared hosting maybe install a live chat is not a good idea and sometimes are forbidden from hosting rules.
If you are on your server you should know how to fix server configuration issue.

It's really hard help you from here.
