Co Browsing doesn't work

Hi,
I try to setup the co-browsing, i installed nodejs and socket.io.
I copied and configured files in the extension directory : extension\nodejshelper.
I also enable the screen sharing in the confirguration pannel.

When i launch a chat, in the operator side : i try to request for screen sharing, the client accepts the request; but in the operator side i always see the message that tell "Click on the blue eye to start the screen sharing"
I have no idea where the issue can be ?
I have no idea where can i find errors log (apache errors don't contains any information)
Thank you for the help

Sorry, but you will have to figure out yourself this. It's impossible to resolve these type of issue through forum.

You can ask maybe for commercial support.
You can find the link in my signature.

Or maybe you can use hosted live helper chat. You can find how in the live helper website.
Also you can look for a free live chat hosted away from your server like tawk.to

Sorry to know you have issues
