Windows Desktop App Notification Pops Up Constantly
One of our users is experiencing an annoying problem using the Windows Desktop app (Win 7) where, after they send a the first response, the notification window pops up every 2 or 3 seconds saying there is a new user, regardless if there is on or not. The only way to stop it is to close the complete application down and restart it - but it then returns to the behaviour when they respond to a message. Has anyone else experienced this and does anyone have any ideas how to resolve it?

Hi,
sorry to hears about your issue.
Personally I think windows app of LHC have different issue.
Also when operator typing a message user will not see "operator is typing"
The windows app is very old.
Using LHC on the browser will be a more full and correct way.
Sorry but I AM unable to help with the software issue.
