Live chat for mobile

Hi

Having installed live chat and using it on a mobile it is placed at the very top of the device and covering the menu.  Is there a means of moving it to the bottom or adding it to the off canvas area?  Or have I missed something??

Hi,
kjalderton. Thank you for posting your question in the forum.

For fix you issue please open Live Helper Chat with Admin profile,
go on Embed code, go on desired embed code (usually Widget embed code) and check the box Disable responsive layout for status widget.
Then set all other settings as you need and please replace your Embed code with this new, on your website.

You will see the chat widget also in mobile at the bottom right.
