No registration mail are sent when triggered an instance

I have installed the automatic module hosting create a page where users log in without problems, the problem is I have is that when cron that activates the instance is running does not send the mail with registration information instance and have it set sending email server through me actually when I run the test Webmail runs smoothly have any idea what could be happening?

As I can understand when user is registering to your website you have issue in email who seems to be not sent.
The registration of your customer seems is something not included in the plug in and also in Live Helper Chat so
maybe this can be an issue external to the Live Helper Chat.

Personally I don't use and not know this Live Helper Extension Plug In but frpm what I can see from the guide and from what I can understand from your message,
maybe the issue is not in Live Helper Chat.

Users have to register in your interface and is your interface who need to works well also with registration email sent to the user.
I think maybe your issue is not in Live Helper Chat.
