thank you for use the forum to post your issue, help question.

What happen? Do you see this issue after installed LHC?
Have you edited some file? Customized some code of the chat?

Please check also your server error log.
Your server seems to be very slow, this can be the cause of what you see.

Seems your server hosting have temporary issues, is very slow.
I AM checking if I found other issues.

Please keep us updated if the problem it fix by yourself.
Also your website, home page and other page seems have problem so i suppose your problem is yours... website are not working well, hosting server is slow so LHC have issue on working on your server.

i hosted in Vietnam
I just install it, then embed its code to my webite for front end, no modified, when i test if it working or not, after sending some reply to guests, it died like that picture, i think it has problem, i uninstall it then install again, but same problem even after i surf around its funtions.

When I load your website the website not appear to be good.
Some images are not loaded. This is not a good sign and maybe means your website have issue on the code or you have issue on your server.

If this is true is not only Live Helper Chat to have issue on work without problem but also your website so maybe all other script you will try to install
because the issue seems to be, in this case, in your web server. Something is not good.

I tried to load your website http://www.trevua.com/ From Firefox,
the website are loaded not fully. Some images is missed and home page doesn't look great.

On Microsoft Edge the look continue to be not very clear and seems there are errors. The page was loaded in very long time.

Is that the correct look of your website?

Also are you on a Dedicated Server, VPS or shared hosting?
