[ISSUE] Error message
Hi,
I am getting error message "Your request was not processed as expected - but don't worry it was not your fault. Please re-submit your request. If you experience the same issue you will need to contact us via other means." every time i try to open up a live chat can any one help me?

Make sure you have not checked in chat configuration

"Use session captcha. LHC have to be installed on the same domain or subdomain."
Otherwise no idea...

Hi, can you give to us the URL of your website where chat is installed?
Also you see this error in visitor side or admin or operator side?

You can disable the session Captcha under settings: Live Helper Configuration > Chat configuration > Misc > and uncheck Use session captcha. LHC have to be installed on the same domain or subdomain.
