Wrong location.

wrong location. The attendance are accusing the IP of my server instead of the client IP. With this I can not know where the client is.
How to fix it?

In this service the customer was in Brazil and accuses USA.

Hi,

You did not mentioned what GEO provider you are using. If it's maxmind you can try just update their database if any other, hardly you can do anything, because LHC does not control their data smile
