Images not showing in live chat widget

Hi

Although they have been selected and appearing in the admin panel of widget themes the chosen online image and offline image do not appear on the front end.
Using firebug they are listed as background items in

#lhc_status_container #offline-icon {background-image:url("//drunknmunky.co.uk/livechat/var/storagetheme/2015y/12/01/1/b48f633909df75cbe533ee3df218c7c3.bmp")}

Have you come across this before?

Live Helper chat don't support this kind of status image from what I know.

You have replaced a small image with a big one who can't be showed in the widget as is too big.
Please open the URL https://livehelperchat.com/ and you will see

You have replaced in the admin side the icon you see circled in green.
As you can see is a small image.
You cannot actualy replace the widget with a button as you are trying to do.
this is not supported at the moment and a request on github is opened by some days ago.

So that is the reason in your website you don't see the image.
You should resume the original or put a smaller image.

Also i see your widget of the chat has been customized by some CSS.
This should be not an issue of LHC but you issue.

Also test with Firefox seems you question input box are not well showed. Maybe try to check CSS or set the widget more hight.
