All operators in a department can view active chats

Hi,

I have one query - once someone accepts a chat, or transfers a chat, the other operators in the department can still join the chat and see the content. Is there a setting that we need to change to prevent this, so that the accepting operator owns the chat and none of the other operators can join? Wanting to avoid multiple operators joining a chat and confusing things.

Hi Dan,
you have to edit the operator profile and uncheck the options in the profile under Pending chat table on the profile
"I can see all pending chats, not only assigned to me"

Also check under assigned department if all department are unchecked.

I've done that, also removed the open other chats roles from the Operators group. Still the same

Also log out from the chat and profile and after log in again then test.
Some settings are not immediate until you not logout and log in again.
