My livehelperchat error "?>"

Hi everybody!
I installed livehelperchat success. But when logged into the admin. In the settings have shown 1 error character "?>". Can someone help me how to delete it? Thank you very much!

Can you try to put English language and see if the error is present also in the English?

I'm using the Vietnamese language. When I turn it on english language, it still appears. Can you help me find the problem?

This is very strange and seems to be an issue with your installation.
Have you edited some files of the LHC before upload and install it?

Maybe is some customization you do.
If I AM not wrong your Widget theme seems to be edited so maybe you can have edit something wrong.
Also if you could provide a link to your website i can have a look.

I downloaded the installation file and install it without editing. Once installed, it was reported as such. I tried reinstalling several times but failed. The version I'm using is 2.39

Hi,
we have looked together (me and you) into this issue in real time.
Let me know how it works now your new LHC install.

Maybe your hosting have a not good connection. If the connection is too slow you can have error in FTP uploading and that can be the cause of the issue.
As alternative you can upload the zip file into your server and unzip directly with an File Manager or something who support unzip in the server.
So you will be more sure file is complete and not corrupted or with error.

Also you can see if you have error log in your server who helps you.

If all this solution will not solve the issue I have another solution for you.
