Is there any list of supported browsers for basic chatting and for the screenshot and remote control featur

Basically it has to work on all new browsers. There is no specific list of browsers.

Excuse me,I found,with IE8 browser, LHC widget client would appear the error like this "Your request was not processed as expected - but don't worry it was not your fault. Please re-submit your request. If you experience the same issue you will need to contact us via other means.",and couldn't start any chat. Why?

sorry for the delay.

I tried to start a chat on the Live Helper Chat website livehelperchat.com from Edge browser and I can't see errors.
Sorry I don't have Internet 8 for make a test. Maybe is an error with the Captcha.
Usually if you retry to start a chat they should start.

Just only from IE 8?

If you load the livehelperchat.com and start a chat from IE8 is the same or are you able to start a chat?
