No notification and sound if the browser windows are minimized

Hi,
I use Chrome for be online with LHC but also Opera has the same issue... maybe is a chat update or bug?

When a visitor came to my website if my operator windows is not opened only reduced in the windows bar no notification and no sound are present.
If I open the operator console I receive all notification and sound.

This is a problem because often the operator windows is down opened but down in windows bar until I AM in other app and different browser.
Is an update of LHC or new issue in all browser Chrome and Opera? Opera show the Windows 10 notification but not LHC sound if the browser window of the operator are in minimized.

Is this LHC or browser?

The issue seems to be present on the new visitor on site and when user start chat. No notification are always showed and sounded if the window is minimized.

Now if sometimes test it works well,
difficult here understand why some times notification and sound are not showed.
Maybe without more elements it's difficult understand if this is really an issue.

How to reproduce:

I Am on Windows 10.
1. I Open Chrome browser version Versione 46.0.2490.86 m open the live chat than login but I AM already logged in no need to insert all time user and password
2. Minimized the LHC window
3. Now try to navigate with different browser on my website where is the chat
4. Notification of the new visitor are visible but sound is not issued until I do not open the Chrome browser

Are you able to reproduce? Is a browser issue?

Removed Chrome from my PC totally and reinstalled the last version from Internet official Google website 64 BIT version for Windows 10 so without no add on the issue persist.
Is possible to reproduce.

I Am also able to reproduce in LHC Demo.
Seems I Am unable for now to reproduce in Firefox so loggin in the operator console with Firefox.

I can't understand if can be LHC issue or bug in Chrome.
