[Suggestion] Unattended chat continue...

If some one try to chat with us, LHC sent us an message thru hangouts (if we configure XMPP settings) that let us to continue with this chat inquire.

This message have a direct link to chat with this person. He/she give us their email address when chat begin.

But if we are not online...

My suggestion is that the system have a checkbox where if we answer this chat, the system send to the visitor an email with a link to continue chatting and some message that remember them that they started this.

And in this way, we can give some continuity to this visitor intention to talk in the same way they initiate.

What do you thing Remigijus?
