Problem with widget embed code

It is possible to generate code embedding widget that can receive consultations and specifically to a department chat??

Hi,
you can generate Embed Code for only some departments.

For do that please go on settings, Embed code, for example widget embed code and select the department you want include, continue to customize embed settings and copy than paste the code into a page.
