Hello. i'm trying to configure osticket extension. i put the osticket folder on the extension directory of live chat also i edit settings.ini.php with my api and url, but on admin panel of chat is not yet appears me the button of osticket when i answer to a chat message. Any idea why is functioning?

A suggestion is create a rule on OsTicket for open the ticket using the reply email address.
Sorry but i think here is difficult to find free support if you have issue on using that specific extension
and I AM not able to reply to this your question, sorry.
I don't use this extension and I don't know if is already updated or is old.

Usually forum can help you with questions but sometimes you can find there are no replies.
The time can be not much as is free project or sometimes question are not easy to understand,
incomplete or ask for a customization not included.
