Livechat stopped auto-refreshing

A manual refresh is required every time I want to see the updates, when I chat the chat goes grey and I also need to refresh the page for it to get it's own bubble.

maybe have you customized the LHC with editing the code or adding some plug in?

That can be the issue.
Please also check your server in error log file.

No changes were made for over 3 months

So from a day to another the chat stopped to work?
This can be an server issue, maybe something has changed on the server side.

What I can actually suggest is to see the server error log,
you can also try to do a new separate fresh install of LHC by downloading the last version from
http://livehelperchat.com

and test if the issue is still present in a fresh new install;
if the response is yes this is the confirmation for you something changed on your server and you have to look into your server.

If the new fresh install works so maybe is something wrong in the "old" LHC.
In this case I think you will not receive support for free so you can decide with remdex what to do and maybe you can ask for
support by donating something.

If you want fix by yourself you should backup your old LHC,
save the most important things and transfer manually to a fresh new install.

Rebooting this issue, it happened again after my webserver had a reboot, no settings were modified.
