Removing offline message

Hi, I'm looking to remove/change the message that says "There are no online operators at the moment, please leave a message" when there are no online operators....could anyone direct me to the correct file template to do this please, and any special instructions I would need to follow? Thanks

Hi,
this is a customization and this is not in the free support if you want edit the code.

You can customize the offline message in the theme template, under settings.
You need to have created a template so you can customize and make it default.

With this you are able to edit the text message.
