Set Notification (float window) to transfer chat

Hello, I set the notification to new chat for one windows float with the message in the right zone, it's very good and functionality but I need set this notification for float windows to transfer chat in the pc of user receiver of the transfer.

also remember customization can be not free.

Usually forum can help you with questions but sometimes you can find there are no replies.
