For change widget color you need to go in settings, live help configuration, widget themes.

You need have a theme, if you don't have you must create one.
In the settings of this template you can customize text and colors.
After you have to set as Default if you want use this template for all or go into Embed code for take the code of this template.. you will find an option to select this template.. a code for put into your website.
