All of a sudden getting.. Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ILLEG

Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ILLEGAL

Script has been working awesome for months and with me not changing anything all of a sudden i'm getting page errors with: Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ILLEGAL

It keeps pointing to this location...

I can see the issue, its the very first line with all the weird ????? which i have absolutely no idea why all of a sudden this is happening.  Only thing i can guess is maybe my host changed the text encoding on the server or some shit? no idea. but I can't figure out what page this actually is so i can go and remove the top lines of the script.  Anyone have a good idea?
