Removing options on the operator chat window (web client)

Is it possible to remove some of the icons in the operator chat window? For example:
- edit main chat information
- block user
- print
- screen sharing
- ...

The objective is to simplify the operator window, as it stands it may be a little complicated for our operators 

Can this be done by configuration (remove permissions) or it can only be done by changing the code?

Well you can try to play around with permissions. Operators role and see what will be hidden.
