Online Visitors list shows only one

Hello,
I have tried to resolve since three days but fruitless.
My "online visitors list" shows only one visitor at a time.
Exemple : "the first visitor" is connected to the chat widget, i can see it in my list, but since the second visitor is connected to this widget the first visitor disappears and only the second is showing in the list.
my instance of live helper chat is hosted in a particular directory in my domain.
I have checked my config several times and i can't detect the issue.
can you help please.

this request should be posted in "Need help?" and maybe not here.

Hope you have resolved your issue.
It's very strange what you report here.
Are you sure? Maybe you have missed something.
