live helper migrate to another hosting ??

Hello
Currently I have installed an instance of "live helper chat" in hosting but hey had many problems and I think my customers migrate to migrate to another dedicated hosting.

My question is how to make the support bases chat and users who were already discharged together with all the information?

Try to export from the current hosting phpMyAdmin one .sql file and import it to my dedicated server try setting following the steps but I can not succeed.
If someone ah miss a migration of this kind could help me appreciate.
