Full XMPP chat support: Online operators monitoring

Hi,

We ordered Live Helper Chat hosting (free for now to evaluate). I created XMPP accounts here /site_admin/xmppservice/operators for operators. Then I installed xabber on 2 different android mobile phones. I can log in without problems and see in widget that Live Help is online. Also operator can see new chat requests and reply. But after some time (about 5-10 minutes) when I check widget I see that Live Help is offline. But in the same time in xabber I see that account online. And if I go to status in xabber and set it as "Available" again - then widget is going back to "Online".

In xabber's connection settings Auto-away set to never, extended away when idle - never, keep wifi awake checkbox installed, and checkbox Prevent sleep mode also installed. All mobile phones are using wi-fi.
I also checked desktop  jabber client Psi+ and did not see this problem there.

So, may be you can help with this problem? Is there something with ejabberd extension and any variants how we can fix this?

Well, i personally never experience this behaviour so not sure, how I can help with that...
