Newb Question - How to Create Live Chat Box on Site

Hello,

I apologize if this is a newbie question. I had my host install LHC on my site at domain.com/chat.

I can now access the admin panel - what are the steps to create the small live chat box that would appear on every page of my site in the bottom right corner?
