widget embed code goes weird

Hi

the website to embed the chat goes weird

it shows like this:

Design
On a mouse click show the page widget
Hide status when offline
Automatically check for messages from the operator/invitation messages ?
Show a leave a message form when there are no online operators
Disable pro active invitations, usefull if you want disable them from site part.
Disable responsive layout for status widget.
For what domain you are generating embed code?

Choose prefered http mode
Department  AnySupport
Choose a language
Operator ID
To what operator chat should be assigned automatically?
Survey at the end of chat
