Leave a message not working

When I attempt testing 'leave a message' operator is offline, the window sits on the loading animation and I get this error in the console:

Department 1 has an email set and I clicked Clean cache in Settings

I just realized I don't have email config setup anywhere for LHC, do I need this for offline messages?

I do not see any other settings for offline messages so I'm assuming it depends on email?

Thanks for all your work, this is one of the best third party scripts I've seen.

I just realized it is sending me emails.

Any idea why it stalls out and gets that 503?

This seems to be your server configuration issue.
Are you in VPS or dedicated hosting?

You should check error log in your server.
