operator to operator chat problem

Hi, i tried the operator to operator chat and it works well. My problem is when operator closed the chat tab, the chats cannot be retrieve and will start again as new chat. Can you help me with this? It also doesnt appear as active chat.

Maybe for receive help here you should be more specific with more details and write here the step to reproduce.
Also test in the demo (LHC website) if your issue is the same.
