Pro Active Chat Invitation

Hi, I read your documentation and I've made a pro active chat invitation message, then in home-->system configuration-->embed code-->widget embed code--> HTML code i've generated the embed code checking "automatically check for messages from the operator/invitation messages?".
But when user visit our site for xx seconds or xx pages (like our configuration) don't start automatically any message in the widget chat.
Seems that the "widget embed code" isn't connect with the message
How can we fix?

You should check if the issue is present also in the LHC demo https://livehelperchat.com/demo-12c.html
if not maybe can be some issue on your configuration or hosting settings (server).

I think rem can't help here with that if is not a LHC issue,
maybe help for this can be with the commercial suport

One idea is that in proactive invitation message you have chosen department but in embed code not. So just make sure that proactive chat invitation does not have chosen department.
