do not show chat to other operator when chat already picked by operstor before , please guide me how to do this

But in general not sure it's possible to setup that way. Because what you want is
1. Show all pending chats from his department
2. But do not show assigned chats to other operators.
If what just fill github issue. So it won't be lost.
