I have the cron script running. I know it's working, because if I leave a chat window open, I'll get the "chat closed by cron" message.
On the dashboard, in the Departments Stats, there is a chat in the "Active" column for one of my departments. It has been there for days. All the other chats have moved properly from "Pending" to "Active" and disappeared after they were closed by cron. This one seems to be stuck.
Now overnight, I got a message via email while offline in another department. I responded via email, but the message is not showing in Unread Messages on the Dashboard, however it's showing as a "Pending" chat in the Departments Stats box.
Neither of these chats show in the Chat>Chats List search.
How do I get the stats box to clear out?

Sorry, but without access to you server etc. It's really impossible to tell. If you want personal look. There is commercial support.

Can you tell me where in the database or filesystem it reads that there are active chats?

1. Offline messages are not stored in database
2. As for cronjob closing chats and updating departments stats. I ques it was a bug which I have JUST fixed in this commit
