Hi,
Is there a way a visitor can back to his/her chat? Logged back as his previous email and name.

Usually previous chats a mapped based on online visitor record. If it's detected there is previous chats tab in chat window. If it does not exists. No way to track back at the moment. But perhaps in the future it will be improved.
