Online Status Depending on xmpp User

Hello,

is it possible to set the Online Status of Livehelperchat depending if Operators are online in xmpp? To be logged in into the website is not an option for me.

Hi,

No unless you write an extension and cronjob in it which constantly monitors users statuses and set's online offline status accordingly.

oh this is a real shame. I would expecting this feature to be included.
It pretty much makes http://livehelperchat.com/ oh no use to me which I am sad about

You should read reply to another your question, where use explained how you can automate online hours, without having to be logged in lhc all the time. In general just using department online hours.

appreciate your answer. I have written a little script that checks the xmpp online statuses, but can you maybe tell me where do I set the online status for LHC? That info would be great and save lots of time.

Nevermind, already figured out that in table lh_userdep you just have to update the field last_activity
