I can't understand better your question.

Text colour in the chat is no changeable, you can create personalized template for the widget.. here you can custom widget colour.

The like or unlike button are not customizable.

hi i want to say that i want different text color for admin , oerator a, operator b text messages in chat box like whatssapp group message or most of other chat uses , so as it is easy to understand and differentiate between them

Hi,
this is a support live chat operator and visitor.

I think as the major Live Chat software is no needed to understand difference by the rule on the chat as the live helper chat is a tool for communicate one to one and not in massive mode where a "moderator" or "staff" is needed.

Maybe what you told can be useful in the Public Chat Box where should be a Moderator, an Administrator with a nick not registrable from users but this is not yet supported at the moment.
