Can't login to desktop client

Hi,
I have installed LHC successfully and everything working fine. But I can't login desktop client.

I have SSL enabled on my domain and lhc installed on a folder like https://www.mydomain/livesupport

I tried the host with and without https/http/www, but it's now working anyway. There are also no success or error message, it's just stayed on the login screen. I'm using Windows 8.1

Could you please tell me if there any configuration required
