The data of chat not saved in database

Hello friends, I install correctly and test live chat helper, but when looking chat database can not find it, for some reason the database does not store chat data in tables. Please helpme.

Sorry, but you really gona have to dig deeper. Two main tables for live support chats storage are

lh_chat
lh_msg
