Its possible to include javascript widget but hide the widget UI

Its possible to include javascript widget but hide the widget UI ?
so customer will not able to initiate chat or know that there is livechat available, except the operator livechat initiating live chat first.

so even its hidden but still able.
1. display information on Online Users list, with complete information like ip and country.
2. initiate chat by operator first.

I am sorry if already asked question similar, but kinda hard to find keyword key for searching similar request.

In embed code choose position = "API"

great that working,
but when live support initiating chat, a message widget popup

and a wait animation round, keep loading.

when  I detach that window widget, a popup window show up saying  "Department is disabled" .

this is newly installed livehelperchat, maybe I need to set something first ?

sorry my fault I changed department id string from 1 to custom string, reverted back to 1 then all is fine.
