Canned messages: typing time for macros is to short.

Hello everyone!.

We have around 500 and some canned messages in chat. When our agents are looking for the correct response they first need to know the very first part of the macro or it will only search the first letter they type, if they know the fill response and type it seems it cuts off at about 1 second and does not try to locate the message any more.

Is there an option or anything we can add so we can search by key words such as Linux and only Linux macros would show as well as increase the time of typing a search?

The canned messages are also not in alphabetical order but had been added in order, is there a way to do something like this?

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

Have a great day!

Hi,

Hmm. Good questions. At the moment canned messages are sorted by their enter date. I'll add sort by first letter in next release in next few days.

As for search it's not supported. But good suggestion. Just fill github issue for that.

I have released new version. Also this updated is incorporated. Sort is by position and title of canned message.
